40 UGANDAN PRIVATE SECTOR ENTITIES HONORED FOR GENDER EQUALITY CHAMPIONS

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Private Sector Foundation of Uganda (PSFU) have joined forces with the Government of Uganda to host the Gender Equality Seal Awards. Recognizing the pivotal role of private-sector-companies, 40 entities were honored with the Gender Equality-Seal (GES) Gold, Silver, and Bronze Certifications. This initiative, a part of the global UNDP commitment, aims to integrate gender equality into workplaces and business strategies. Additionally, 50 companies received recognition for their strides in the GES certification process.
