ASFAR forward Ibtissam Jraidi has won the Golden Boot Award of the just-ended second edition of the CAF Women's Champions League tournament held in Morocco. Jraidi was named Woman of the Match thrice in five games, including in the final victory over the South Africans. She also set a new record as the all-time lead scorer in a Champions League tournament with a goal above Hasaacas Ladies' Evelyn Badu, who scored five goals in Egypt 2021 and also joins the growing list of past winners of the golden boot, after Badu.
