WE NEED MORE WOMEN WHO DEVELOP ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO SERVE EVERYONE

On the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the UN Secretary-General "calls on everyone to create an environment in which women can realize their true potential and in which today's girls become tomorrow's leading scientists and inventors." To-date, women make up only a third of the world's science and engineering researchers. Structural and societal barriers prevent women and girls from accessing and advancing science. The COVID-19 pandemic has further increased gender inequalities, from school closures to a rise in violence and a greater burden of care in the home
